WILD 101 is an Exercise and Diabetes Support group for women who are 18 or older and who have type 1, type 2, or pre-diabetes. WILD 101 is a 90-day program designed for you to achieve your personal fitness goals. Is your personal goal to lose weight, increase activity, or gain better diabetes control? Then WILD 101 is perfect for you!

WILD 101 focuses on nutrition, diabetes education, physical activity and peer to peer support. The WILD 101 group is coached by an expert certified diabetes educator and registered dietician, and will work with two certified exercise coaches who are highly familiar with the needs of women with diabetes. The coaches will work with each individual to provide education and guidance so each woman will reach her personal health and fitness goals.

Women on WILD 101 may participate, at additional cost, in Camp WILD from June 3 – 6 in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. During camp your goals will be reinforced as you have the opportunity to work face to face with your coaching staff and meet other WILD women.

Invite a friend! The group has a limited number of spots open to type 3 supporters. Type 3 supporters are the female friends and loved ones of a woman who is already part of the group. Both you and your friend can take advantage of the great benefits of the WILD 101, and encourage each other to achieve your personal goals.
